When visitors leave comments on the site, the data shown in the comments form is collected, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

PhotoShelter is the company that hosts TIA’s inventory of photographs, including all image collections and galleries. GoDaddy is the web-hosting company for TIA International Photography’s official website. TIA’s image galleries and collections are stored on GoDaddy’s servers.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so TIA can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data TIA holds about you, including any data you have provided to TIA via this site. You can also request that TIA erase any personal data TIA holds about you. This does not include any data TIA is obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
