“Tippy-Toe” / Alki Beach Park / West Seattle / September 2020. As I photographed this breathtaking scene of downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay during the first week of autumn, a young woman broke from her jog and tiptoed to look through the telescope overlooking the bay.
